Making Tax Digital (MTD) Compliance

While unmasked is designed to help with financial tracking that may assist with MTD compliance, it is your responsibility to ensure that all tax filings meet HMRC requirements. unmasked does not guarantee HMRC acceptance of any filings generated through our platform.

Intellectual Property

unmasked and its content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. If you provide feedback, we can use it without restriction.

Termination

You can stop using unmasked anytime. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if providing Services to you is no longer commercially viable. We'll store your data for 30 days after termination.

Disclaimers

Services are provided "as is" without warranties. We aim for 99.9% uptime but aren't liable for service interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, we won't be liable for indirect or consequential damages from your use of our Services.
